Aged Gouda and Yummy Malbec

Another fun study of one of my favorite cheeses, Aged Gouda. I used to buy aged Gouda on Sundays at Brick Lane market in London. It was so delicious we would eat it while walking around the market. Fruity, crumbly and nutty, YUM!
