To kick start the dinnerware market's year I take an annual trip to Ambiente Houseware fair in Frankfurt Germany. As a side trip to inspire and create I flew into Lisbon and visited the fishing village of Sesimbra. Famous for its tiles and cobbled streets
Portugal was a delight to visit after such a long time. Its fishing industry thriving and was celebrated everywhere from its murals, artwork and tiles everywhere.
Famous for its tiles and narrow cobbled streets, Portugal was a delight to visit after such a long time...Sesimbra's fishing industry was booming and was evident from all its art in tile form and murals.
